timing when to start seeds for a outdoorgrow this spring
ok i want to grow bud but live in a small apartment and can't risk stinking up the place or afford a air scrubber big light set up or space for full sized plants when should I start the seeds if I need to get them out before they really start to smell I think the average last frost hits around April 1st though I could easily set up hoop house greenhouses and get em out a few weeks sooner?

Does no one know I'd hate to start these seeds and then have to trash the little buggers before I could get em out

Good question, I am kinda in the same boat. But going to buy clones and get them to maybe 18" high before putting them out side.
Cheers

Shit man, haven't looked in here for awhile. Takes about 3 days for them to sprout. Depending on method. Takes about 2 weeks or 3 before they can be transplanted, only transplant once. They won't stink until they are in the flowering stage pretty much. So if you started the last week of march, they should be in the ground before the end of april. That would be 6 months of growth, that is more than enough time. Just a rough guess, but that is about it. Sorry I didn't see it sooner man.

Re: timing when to start seeds for a outdoorgrow this spring
I feel the answer is much more complex then that. Couple factors like where you live and the weather. For example most people start in April but I wouldn't feel safe started till May because we still get frost in April, the frost will kill the plant. Not only that any stress can do damage to the plants. Quick fix, germ them first week of April, plant them and let them grow indoors for 30 days and then move them outside, far better chance of survival. Like satan said only do it once....
